Plymouth Charity Trust has been a cornerstone of Plymouth’s community for over 400 years, providing affordable housing and championing independent living for the elderly. However, their impactful story was little known, and their outdated brand no longer resonated with their mission or evolving audience.

Our work with the Trust marked a meaningful transformation, realigning their core pillars, modernising their identity, and amplifying their voice to reach both younger generations for long-term awareness and older residents in a new digital era.

Accessibility and approachability were at the heart of this rebrand, tackling stigmas around Almshouses and showcasing the Trust’s dedication to creating safe, positive environments. A highlight was sharing the Grenville House Project, a collaboration with Ward William Associates and ADG Architecture, to develop a modern Almshouse designed for independent living. By crafting a respectful, contemporary brand identity, we helped Plymouth Charity Trust reconnect with its community, ensuring its legacy continues to thrive in today’s world.

Steve Hole, Chairman

"Working with Christina and the Brand Biscuit team has been transformative for Plymouth Charity Trust. They delivered a stunning rebrand, from our new logo to an engaging website, capturing the essence of our 400-year mission to support elderly Plymothians. Their patience and guidance not only modernised our approach but also made us confident in using tools we once found daunting. The team's dedication and Tom’s exceptional photography have created a lasting legacy that truly honours our founders' vision."
