Plymouth Culture is the cornerstone of the city’s vibrant cultural ecosystem, uniting artists, organisations, and diverse stakeholders to amplify Plymouth’s creative richness.
However, their role as a key activator and advocate for culture was obscured in their brand communication. Brand Biscuit Studio partnered with Plymouth Culture to clarify their identity and create a refreshed brand that resonates with audiences and reflects their transformative impact.
Through a three-stage brand refresh process, we conducted industry and audience research, facilitated a DNA workshop, and developed a co-designed brand methodology involving key stakeholders, board members, and residents. This collaborative approach enabled us to synthesise data into powerful narratives that resonate across multiple audiences. The result is a clear and inspiring brand identity that highlights Plymouth Culture’s vital contribution to the city’s creative ecosystem while fostering deeper engagement and understanding among stakeholders.
