Building Awareness of Early Learning and Childcare Access

Brand Biscuit Studio collaborated with Plymouth Charter to create a visually engaging campaign emphasising the importance of early learning for children aged 2-4. Through child-friendly illustrations and character-driven storytelling, the campaign highlighted the benefits of free childcare while addressing common misconceptions about eligibility, aiming to increase awareness and accessibility for families across Plymouth.

Centered around the theme "Nurturing Opportunities", the campaign celebrated how early learning supports children’s development while empowering parents with more lifestyle choices. Bespoke illustrations by Dave added warmth and relatability, with characters designed to engage children and caregivers.

To maximise impact, the campaign’s messaging was tailored for two key audiences: parents and local businesses. For parents, it emphasised childcare accessibility and its developmental benefits for children. For businesses, it encouraged support for employees who are parents, positioning childcare access as a valuable resource for workforce wellbeing. Cohesive materials—including print, social media strategy and assets—helped deliver these dual messages, ensuring broad community engagement and participation that felt on brand for Plymouth Charter.
