Cornwall Airport Newquay (CAN) is on a mission to redefine itself as a leading lifestyle destination and airportal for the South West. Over the past 18 months, Brand Biscuit Studio has played a pivotal role in shaping this transformation—moving beyond a typical agency-client relationship to become a trusted creative partner embedded in CAN’s journey.
Our approach focused on humanising the brand and forging deeper connections with passengers. The Blue Monday campaign in January 2024 provided a first glimpse into the refreshed identity, using playful, uplifting storytelling to counter winter blues. Featuring a sun-seeking granny and a warm, escapist tone, the campaign delivered over 500,000 impressions, 7,000 website clicks, and a surge in newsletter sign-ups—proving the power of emotionally resonant branding.
Beyond campaigns, we’ve infused CAN’s new identity into every touchpoint—from vibrant illustrative murals in arrivals and departures to engaging marketing materials for key regional events. We’ve refined staff uniforms, developed compelling print and digital advertising, and even contributed to major cultural moments, such as the Hall for Cornwall pantomime.
